Key Responsibilities
Design and price integrated facilities management supply chain solutions for clients
Support sales and solutioning functions, collaborating with various teams to provide bids
Lead client pitch presentations and validate the competitiveness of procurement solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (BA / BS) from a four-year college or university
Minimum of six years of related experience and / or training
C.P.M., C.P.S.M., or N.A.C.M. certifications or eligibility required
Proven experience in FM procurement solution design for large, complex operations
Strong knowledge of FM vendor market and service delivery models
