Pediatric Therapy Partners is seeking a dynamic, high-energy Intake Coordinator to serve as the welcoming voice of our organization. In this essential position, you will be the first point of contact for families seeking our services, playing a critical role in guiding them from referral to their child's first evaluation.

Requirements :

• Hours : 7 : 30AM to 5PM, Monday through Thursday, Fridays 8AM to 12 noon.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities without sacrificing quality.
• A team player who embraces our mission and contributes positively to our culture.
• Prior experience in a customer service, sales, healthcare intake, or scheduling role is highly desirable.
