About the Opportunity

We’re working with a leading healthcare organization in the San Antonio area seeking an experienced Patient Access Manager to oversee daily operations and drive excellence across all patient access functions. What You’ll Do

Lead and support patient access teams, ensuring all operations run efficiently and in alignment with quality standards.

  • Build strong partnerships across departments to streamline patient access operations and improve overall workflow.
  • Champion a culture of excellence in patient experience, ensuring every interaction reflects compassion, professionalism, and efficiency.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance accuracy and quality within registration and admissions processes.
  • Act as a trusted problem-solver, addressing challenges proactively and creating solutions that elevate service delivery.
  • Empower and inspire your team through clear communication, coaching, and ongoing development opportunities.
  • Drive operational performance by optimizing staffing, productivity, and resource utilization.
  • Lead engaging team meetings and training sessions that foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Play a hands-on role in daily operations when needed, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for patients and staff alike.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required.
  • 3+ years of managerial experience in Patient Access within an acute care hospital setting.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, improve processes, and deliver exceptional patient satisfaction.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
