Responsibilities Work in an acute care setting within the echocardiography unit Adult patient population with pediatric experience preferred Level 3 trauma center environment Varied 8-hour day shifts including 7 : 00am-3 : 30pm, 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm, and 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm Rotating call from 5 : 00pm-7 : 00am Monday-Friday and 24-hour call on weekends Uses Epic EMR for charting Must have experience performing adult echocardiography and pediatric experience is preferred No blocked scheduling or special scheduling requests will be accommodated Rotating call is shared among staff Permanent employees must wait at least one year before reapplying as a traveler Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates are not accepted Requirements Minimum of 2 years of recent echocardiography experience required Active ARDMS or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) certification required Current BLS certification required Driver’s license required Must provide two professional references : one supervisor from the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from the last 3 years including employment dates and rehire eligibility License required if applicable; must be active at time of consideration, pending licensure not accepted Experience with Epic EMR preferred Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-640755.
