We are seeking a Director of Product to lead the strategy and development of our product portfolio. Employee in this role will be in charge of the companys information technology strategy and ensuring that it aligns with the companys overall goals, while meeting the corporate standards.

Company Overview : Palms Insurance is a subsidiary of NextEra Energy, Inc., and manages both its Alien captive, Palms Cayman (which focuses on providing NextEra flexible and comprehensive insurance) and non-affiliate insurance entity Palms Specialty (a fast-growing specialty surplus lines insurer and reinsurer serving to further diversify NextEra's overall insurance portfolio and contribute to overall profitability).

Job Description : We are seeking an experienced person with a strong background in the P&C insurance industry to drive the digital transformation, manage technological infrastructure and ensuring IT & Data governance. The ideal candidate will be responsible involved in setting policies, managing projects, and leading a team of technology professionals. This role requires both a structured thinker and a hands-on executor who can work across departments to drive clarity, alignment, and actionable outcomes by bridging the gap between business and technology functions.

Job Duties & Responsibilities :

• Define and execute the companys product roadmap, including system upgrades, integrations and new technology implementations.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience and business growth.
• Develop and enforce policies, procedures and standards to ensure data security, system reliability and work efficiency.
• Oversee the management of IT operations, including infrastructure, applications and cybersecurity
• Collaborating with senior leadership to identify and prioritize technology initiatives that drive business value.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices in IT governance and security in India.
• Fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the IT department and across the organization.
• Managing IT budgets, resources and vendor relationships to regulate technology investments and performance
