Position Summary
Weekend Shift : Sat, Sun and Monday
The Operational Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of production employees to achieve goals and maintain high standards of quality. This role will require a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and effective communication to drive team success.

Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent and / or a combination of experience and education required. Minimum of 2 years in manufacturing and / or distribution setting with some leadership responsibilities required. 3-5 years in manufacturing and / or distribution setting with some leadership responsibilities preferred.

Lead : working team member who coordinates, supports, trains, and is a knowledge resource for other team members. No direct reports or supervisory responsibility.
Physical Requirements
This position is subject to Medium Work : Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and / or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and / or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

Visual Acuity
The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; expansive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts and / or operation of machines (including inspection); using measurement devices; and / or assembly of fabrication of parts at distances close to the eyes.
Working Conditions
The worker is subject to inside and outside environmental conditions, including heat, noise, vibration, and hazards from a production-based environment.
