Position Overview :

We are seeking a motivated and driven Insurance Producer who has a passion for helping people protect what matters most. This role is ideal for someone who envisions a future as a State Farm Agent and wants to develop the skills, knowledge, and experience necessary to lead their own agency someday.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients by providing tailored insurance solutions
  • Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and networking
  • Educate clients on various insurance products including auto, home, life, and health insurance
  • Maintain compliance with all State Farm policies and state insurance regulations
  • Work closely with agency leadership to learn the operational aspects of running a successful insurance agency
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs designed to prepare you for future agency ownership
  • Qualifications :

  • Will need to get Property and Casualty Licensed ASAP! And be working on life and Health.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow into an agency leadership role
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service and ethical business practices
  • Previous sales or insurance experience is a plus but not required
