Our 128-bed facility specializes in short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, respite care, and comfort care services. Position Overview : We are seeking a dynamic cook

Key Responsibilities : As the Cook you will :

Coordinate food and nutrition services with other departments as necessary.

Ensure menus are maintained.

Ensure that all food procedures are followed in accordance with with established facility policies.

Prepare food in accordance with standardized recipe, planned menus and special diet orders.

• Prepare and serve meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance.

Represent the facility in the local community, and enhancing the reputation of Big Horn Rehabilitation and Care Center.

Qualifications : The ideal candidate for this position :

Must be able to cook a variety of foods in large quantities

Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members and visitors.

Must be knowledgeable of food procedures.

Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Good communication skills to report issues and coordinate with other staff.
