Responsibilities Position is in the hospital Operating Room Schedule is four 10-hour evening shifts from 11 : 00 to 21 : 30 with rotating days off May be scheduled on weekends as needed by the unit Call required approximately one weeknight per week and one weekend shift per month Patients include high-acuity surgical cases at a Level I Trauma Center Predominantly focused on neuro surgical cases Requires experience with the Da Vinci Xi Surgical System No floating required unless otherwise agreed upon during interview or offer Primary responsibilities include circulating and scrubbing for a wide range of neuro and robotic surgeries Flexible with RTO requests provided shift time is made up First-time travelers are welcome to apply Return staff must have at least a 1-year gap before being considered for rehire Pre-start modules are required and completed prior to assignment Requirements Active MT or compact RN license BLS certification required Minimum 3 years of prior OR RN experience Level I Trauma Center experience required Must have experience in neuro procedures including ALIF, anterior cervical fusion, craniotomy, kyphoplasty, laminectomy / discectomy, lumbar fusion, and XLIF Experience with Da Vinci Xi Surgical System required Must reside at least 75 miles from the facility References required for consideration Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-627570.
