Merlo is looking to expand our team to include an MDOT / Municipal Estimator / Project Manager. The Estimator / Project Manager will be responsible for the management of projects from inception to completion. You will oversee and manage the construction effort to ensure projects are completed timely and safely in accordance with design, budget, and schedule.

As Estimator / Project Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to :

Estimating responsibilities :

• Utilize bid documents and estimating software to perform and produce accurate take-offs
• Generate thorough estimates and proposals considering materials, labor, and equipment
• Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors to gather pricing
• Submit bids in accordance with the requirements of the bid documents
