Facilities Maintenance Technician Needed in Waller TX 77484!

• Respond to maintenance issues - reactive maintenance
• Perform preventive, predictive and proactive maintenance
• Assist as needed with in-field repairs and maintenance
• Perform duties safely, effectively and efficiently while maintaining a safe and clean work environment which complies with procedures, rules and regulations
• Takes direction from facilities supervisor / manager / lead
• Works within well-defined instructions
• Follows through on assigned tasks to completion
• Advises facilities supervisor / manager of any issues pertaining to operation of infrastructure.
• Proficient in basic construction, wiring, plumbing, basic electrical maintenance, equipment maintenance, HVAC systems, pneumatics, and technical work
• Ability to use various tools and equipment
• Troubleshooting skills
• Core mechanical skills
