Job DescriptionJob Description
Design, develop, test, implement and maintain web-based software applications using various internet technologies.
Plans, reviews and completes the site architecture and the navigational user interface for assigned projects
Ensures the user experience is formulated to achieve client goals and objectives.
Communicate project status (progress, delays, and completion) reliably and accurately through appropriate tools and processes.
Application start-up assistance and staff training support for client projects.
Perform various configuration tasks for financial institution clients individually and within a team to maintain, support and enhance the fiVISION products, sites and delivery mechanisms.
Provide level 3 technical support through online, email and phone channels.
Interacts with clients and troubleshoots issues to provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
Proactively manages the client interaction to effectively resolve issues. Enlists support from others as appropriate or required.
