Mimecast is looking for a Senior Sales Engineer

to ensure enterprise security solutions are designed & delivered to continually delight our customers. You will work alongside the Mimecast Sales teams to develop business value and propositions around Mimecast solutions. The ideal candidate will have a balance of leadership, technical expertise, and business acumen. This is a salary & commission-based role, reporting to the Director, Sales Engineering.

About the Incydr Senior Sales Engineer role

This role involves working with business, security, and IT teams to drive value from Mimecast products, delivering technical presentations and demos with a customer-centric approach. You will build relationships with key decision-makers and collaborate with sales, channel, and customer success teams to promote our Incydr solution.

About Mimecast Incydr

The Incydr solution is a strategic revenue growth driver for Mimecast, acquired via Code42 in 2024. It accelerates detection and response to insider risks, helping security teams protect data and foster a collaborative culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with sales teams to exceed targets.
  • Design compelling solutions and represent Incydr to customers.
  • Conduct software evaluations and demonstrations to CISOs, IT leaders, and security teams.
  • Adhere to all privacy and security standards.
  • Travel approximately 30% for meetings and events.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in SaaS sales, with at least 3 years supporting enterprise security systems.
  • Ability to translate technical solutions for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency with Windows, Mac, Linux, and IT security concepts.
  • Experience working in fast-growth environments and independently.
  • Knowledge of security frameworks like CISSP, CCSP, CISM, or CISA preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa.
  • Expertise in at least three of the following : DLP, CASB, EDR, Network Security.
