Onsite Audit Manager / Senior Audit Associate - Direct Hire - Troy, MI
- CPA required, MBA would be preferred
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Accounting
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of four or more years' of experience and will play a pivotal role in supporting the planning and execution of financial audits and engagements.
What you will do
Oversee the development of audit work plansConducting audits, outlining the objectives, scope, timing, and resources requiredActively engage in updating clients on project status and ensuring timely submission of deliverablesEnsure engagements are executed and finalized within designated timelines and budgetary constraintsMonitor engagement progress and assist in resolving accounting, auditing, and reporting challenges as they ariseCollaborate with the team and the client to devise plans that align with engagement objectives, adhere to professional standards, and mitigate inherent risksProvide the engagement team with insights into the client's operating environment and pertinent industry developmentsDeliver exceptional client service while maintaining consistent communication with the teamThrive in time-sensitive environments, delivering high-quality work, while promptly addressing and resolving client issues Top of FormMentor and train junior staff, investing in their professional growth and developmentFoster strong relationships with clients, managers, and partners, delivering exceptional client serviceThis role offers significant opportunities for career advancement and professional development within our organizationWhat they offer

Bachelors or Masters Degree in AccountingCPA required, MBA would be preferredFour years of relevant experience, including three or more years at the manager levelExperience working with ERISA (Employee Retirement Income Security Act)Extensive experience working with various retirement plans and health benefit packagesDemonstrated ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communications skillsAble to perform work that requires a high level of attention to detail, analytical skills, and organizationFamiliarized with US government auditing standards set by PCAOB - GAAS, GAAP, and COSOSkilled at using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and familiarized with UltraTax, Creative Solutions, and QuickBooks onlineU.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident StatusBenefits :
