CCS Construction Staffing is hiring a Plumbing Crew in Louisiana. We are looking to bring on Licensed Journeyman Plumbers and Apprentice Plumbers who want steady work, strong support, and long term opportunities across South Louisiana.

CCS has Spanish speaking recruiters if you hables espanol.

This opportunity is for Louisiana residents only. All applicants must live in Louisiana and hold a valid Louisiana plumbing license or be actively working as an apprentice plumber under licensed supervision.

What We Are Hiring

2 Licensed Journeyman Plumbers
3 Apprentice Plumbers Helpers

Journeyman plumbers must be full service plumbers capable of leading work on commercial job sites. Apprentice plumbers and helpers will work directly under licensed journeymen for training and daily direction.

Job Locations

Work is spread throughout South Louisiana including
New Orleans
Baton Rouge
Lafayette
Lake Charles

Projects include
Walmart stores
Schools
Government buildings

This is a mix of remodels and new construction plumbing work.

Plumber and Apprentice Plumber Responsibilities

Journeyman Plumbers
Lead commercial plumbing installations
Perform rough in and finish plumbing
Read prints and coordinate with job site teams
Guide apprentice plumbers and helpers
Maintain job site safety standards

Apprentice Plumbers and Helpers
Assist journeyman plumbers daily
Learn commercial plumbing systems
Handle materials and basic installations
Follow instructions and work as part of a crew

Journeyman plumbers must have a clean motor vehicle report and be eligible for company auto insurance.

License and Requirements

Valid Louisiana Journeyman Plumber License required
Ability to keep license active and renew if needed
Applicants must live in Louisiana
Commitment to at least a 40 hour workweek
Ability to work in a team environment on active job sites
Drug free on the job site
