The Cell Manufacturing Training Team is seeking a highly motivated individual to support training needs in Sparks, Nevada. The ideal candidate will coordinate and deploy training for new hires and provide ongoing training for existing team members. Knowledge and hands-on experience in a production environment are essential. The candidate should be flexible, confident, and able to communicate effectively across different organizational levels, including associates, technicians, managers, and engineers. The role involves creating training materials, conducting audits, and participating in learning initiatives.

As a Training Partner, you will be responsible for trainees on a specific shift in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. Familiarity with manufacturing environments and training deployment on Safety, Quality, Autonomous Maintenance, and Production tasks is required. Responsibilities include delivering presentations, conducting process tours, and developing training content.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with the Tesla onboarding team to coordinate training schedules and logistics.
  • Assign groups to appropriate training sessions based on their roles.
  • Communicate training plans and progress with students, stakeholders, and managers.
  • Facilitate live training sessions for new and existing employees.
  • Maintain accuracy in the Learning Management System (LMS) and Versatility Charts.
  • Set clear expectations for new hires regarding safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
  • Maintain a contamination-free environment.

What You'll Bring

  • At least 2 years of experience in Tesla Production (lead experience preferred).
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to facilitate large groups.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Professionalism in communication, attire, and attitude, embodying Tesla's core values.
  • Background in adult learning principles and LMS familiarity is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
