Radiation Therapy Technologist

Location : Watertown, NY

Schedule : Full-time, Day shift (MondayFriday, 40 hours)

Compensation : $95K - $117K + $10,000 sign-on bonus (with two-year commitment)

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Radiation Therapy Technologist to join a collaborative healthcare team. In this role, you will provide high-quality radiation oncology services while prioritizing patient safety, comfort, and overall well-being. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients while working in a supportive and patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform a variety of radiation oncology therapy procedures while ensuring adherence to patient safety protocols.

Serve as the first point of contact for patients, supporting their imaging and therapy needs with professionalism and care.

Assist physicians with examinations and procedures as required.

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory and departmental standards.

Qualifications : Qualifications :

Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) (required).

Current BLS certification (required).

Minimum of one year of prior experience in radiation therapy (strongly preferred).

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient care skills.
