Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned IT Solution Architect to spearhead the strategic marketing technology initiative for our prominent high-tech client. This pivotal role will shape the architecture that powers their digital transformation, enabling seamless customer experiences, accelerated pipeline growth, and cutting-edge innovation.

Responsibilities
Lead the marketing technology architecture for our multi-year digital acceleration program, aligning solutions with pipeline acceleration, industry cluster digital immersion, AI enablement, developer innovation support, and quick-start solution expansion.Develop marketing capability models, solution architectures, and implementation roadmaps to support our investment cycle.Architect and rationalize the marketing technology (MarTech) ecosystem, including CRM, CDPs, MAP, CMS, and analytics platforms, driving strategic alignment and marketing agility.Support a modernized Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solution for unified and personalized customer experiences.Collaborate cross-functionally to define architecture requirements, support discovery efforts, and align technical delivery with go-to-market goals.Identify and integrate new tools and platforms that enable seamless digital experiences and asset distribution at scale.Establish and govern marketing architecture reference models, data flow designs, and solution blueprints aligned with enterprise architecture standards.Evaluate technology options to accelerate innovation and provide consultative guidance on investments impacting pipeline generation and lifecycle acceleration.Present solution strategies to executive stakeholders, articulating the connection between technical investments and business outcomes.Ensure data compliance, marketing privacy standards, and integration across campaign workflows and analytics environments.Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing Technology, Computer Science, or related field.10+ years in enterprise or solution architecture, with 5+ years focused on MarTech, DXP, or digital engagement platforms.Deep experience in designing and executing marketing technology strategies for pipeline generation, experience orchestration, and CIAM solutions and digital engagement.Expertise in tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager, Marketo, HubSpot, Segment, and analytics platforms.Proven ability to lead multi-year digital transformation programs aligned with pipeline growth and lifecycle engagement.Skilled in architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Agile, ITIL) and cross-functional solutioning.Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder influence abilities, particularly with senior leaders.Apply now and be part of shaping this client’s future of marketing technology! #LI-GS1 #LI-DNI #LI-Remote
