• Location : Ranson, West Virginia 25438\n
• Healthcare Setting : Acute Care – Medical / Surgical & Telemetry Unit\n
• Shift : 12-hour night shifts (7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM), rotating weekends and holidays\n
• Hours : 36 hours per week guaranteed\n
• Contract Duration : 13-week travel nursing contract (Start : 10 / 24 / 2025 – End : 1 / 23 / 2026)\n
• Employment Type : Travel Nurse – On-Site\n
• Charting System : Epic EMR\n
• Estimated Weekly Salary : $1880–$2020\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in West Virginia or compact state\n
• BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certifications required\n
• Minimum 1 year of recent Med / Surg or Telemetry nursing experience\n
• Proficiency with Epic charting system\n
• Ability to provide professional references and resume upon submission\n
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the healthcare facility\n\nMed / Surg RN Responsibilities\n
• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in a 16-bed Medical / Surgical and Telemetry unit\n
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor patient progress\n
• Manage wound care, CBI, catheter care, and orthopedic procedures\n
• Accurately document all care and procedures using Epic EMR\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes\n
• Float to Telemetry unit as needed\n
• Maintain a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1 : 5\n
