ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As a Hybrid Insurance Sales Rep for Phil Pappas State farm, you have the flexibility of in office or remote work, once training is complete. You will be vital to our daily business operations and customers success. Help to grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You aid in improving the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Meet weekly sales goals.

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in insurance sales preferred.
  • Michigan Property and Casualty License.
  • Michigan Life and Health License.
