Directing and managing the bank's Regulatory Compliance ProgramDeveloping and maintaining an effective Compliance Program and advising departments on compliance-related issuesActing as a liaison with regulatory examiners and managing resolution of findingsLeading compliance-related committees and driving dissemination of regulatory updatesOverseeing consumer compliance, insider loan reviews, marketing review, and compliance testingManaging CRA performance, outreach, training, tracking, and reportingMonitoring and ensuring compliance across all bank departments and operationsCollaborating on new product and service implementations to ensure regulatory alignmentExpectations will include
Staying current with laws, regulations, and industry developmentsCoordinating compliance training programs and tracking completion across the organizationMaintaining and leveraging tracking systems (e.g., Ncomply) to manage regulatory complianceConducting and coordinating regular internal compliance reviews and auditsPreparing and presenting compliance and CRA reports to management and the BoardEnsuring the bank maintains a CRA rating of “Satisfactory” or higherBuilding strong relationships with regulators, internal stakeholders, and community partnersManaging multiple compliance-related projects simultaneously while meeting deadlinesA qualified candidate will possess the following
Bachelor's degree preferred with at least five years of banking compliance and CRA experienceFamiliarity with compliance and CRA tracking platforms (experience with Ncomply is a plus)Strong work ethic and ability to manage competing prioritiesExceptional organizational, communication, and analytical skillsTeam-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departmentsDetail-driven approach with a proactive and problem-solving attitudeCompensation : Willing to compete
