Job descriptionAutomotive Knowledge : Basic knowledge of automotive parts is preferred. Exceptional Communication : Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English. Automotive Retail : Previous experience in automotive retail. Certifications : Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification. Customer Assistance & Communication – Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication. Leadership & Teamwork – Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment. Support team members and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities. Sales & Metrics Mindedness – Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience, while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics. Inventory Management & Store Operations – Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper point of sale procedures, loss prevention policies ensuring proper financial management. Keep store operations running smoothly. Process Orientation & Safety Compliance – Utilize structured processes to complete assigned tasks efficiently. Follow company safety policies and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to maintain a secure work environment. Product Knowledge – Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems. Diagnostics Support – Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.
