A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Facilities Engineer. Position Type : Full time Contract. Duration : 06 Months Location : Lompoc, CA (Onsite)

As a Facilities Engineer, you will :

• Facilities management professional to lead a facilities team and contractors, supporting the customer missions.
• Responsible for space planning, construction management, maintenance, and operations of the Integrated Processing Facility (IPF).
• Develops, manages, and tracks facilities capital and facilities operating expense budgets and establishes long-range facilities strategic plans in support of business goals.
• Oversees the planning and implementation of space allocation, furniture and equipment layouts, communication services and networking requirements.
• Ensures facilities' compliance with applicable building codes, guidelines, and regulations.
• Responsible for preventative, routine and emergency repair and maintenance of all facilities and facilities support equipment.
• Responsible to maintain and utilize a facilities maintenance management and work order system.
• Inspects facilities and evaluates such factors as HVAC systems, lighting, size, condition, and suitability for occupancy.
• Coordinates work of contractors and interfaces with external government agencies on facilities matters.
• Jointly responsible for facilities security and health and safety standards within the facility.
