We're seeking an exceptional Insurance Customer Service Specialist to provide world-class service to our members. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills in personal lines of insurance and make a meaningful impact on our members' lives.
In this position, you will be responsible for answering phone calls, emails, and other requests from members with a high level of professionalism and expertise. You will apply your knowledge of insurance products and services to assist members with foundational to moderately complex quotes, binding new business, rating, policy, billing, payment, underwriting, contract, and coverage provisions, and premium changes.
