Job Description

• Develop and execute effective business development strategies to target new clients in the business services industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements and align with company offerings.
• Identify market trends and opportunities to drive revenue growth and gain a competitive edge.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients and stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline management in CRM tools.
• Participate in networking events and trade shows to expand the company's presence in Philadelphia.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Development Manager should have :

• A proven track record in sales or business development, ideally within the business services industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills to foster client relationships and close deals effectively.
• The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
