Your new role

As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for leading the on-site execution of interior construction projects valued at $5M and above. Youll manage subcontractors, enforce safety and quality standards, maintain project schedules, and ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders. Your leadership will be key to delivering projects on time and within budget.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years of experience in commercial interiors construction
• OSHA 30 & First Aid / CPR
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain tight schedules
• Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Procore)
• Knowledge of safety regulations and local building codes
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
