Scope of Work

Harmony Public Schools is seeking an experienced Salesforce CRM Architect to provide architectural oversight and technical leadership in the design, development, and implementation of a comprehensive K–12 CRM solution built on the Salesforce platform.

Our goal is to create an all-in-one CRM environment that will serve students, parents, teachers, and school leaders. This system will handle everything from communication and document management to student success monitoring, enrollment, health, attendance, and more. We are currently working with a certified Salesforce implementation partner and have an internal Salesforce-certified team.

Objectives

• Ensure the overall architecture of the CRM is scalable, secure, and meets the needs of a K–12 school network.
• Provide expert guidance on Salesforce best practices, architecture, platform limits, access control, and data security.
• Oversee and support key project phases from requirement gathering to go-live.
• Help establish clear governance, user access policies, and platform security frameworks.
• Align the solution with user-centered design and ensure smooth integration with internal systems.
• Plan and support user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Provide input into the support model, escalation protocols, and post-implementation optimization strategies.
