Proposal Support Analyst

A company is looking for a RFP Q&A Strategist.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the proposal process from initial receipt to final production of client binders

Review questionnaires for tone, flow, and accuracy, ensuring all responses are current and complete

Facilitate strategy calls and manage timelines with Sales, Content Writers, and Matrix Partners

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or at least 2+ years of relevant proposal and / or healthcare experience

Solid understanding of healthcare products and services (training provided)

High degree of organizational ability and strong project management skills

Customer-focused with a detail-oriented approach and a collaborative spirit

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
