Years of Experience - 2 Years

Certifications - Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Care Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required

Licensure - RN MT nursing state license or Compact state Nursing License required

Flu Vaccine Declination accepted – Mask required if declining
