The role requires expertise in circulating and scrubbing across multiple specialties, including neurology, orthopedics, and robotic surgery. The RN must be skilled in handling complex cases and supporting surgeons during procedures. Required Experience & Skills Minimum Experience : 1 year (Operating Room) Required Skills : DaVinci Robotic Surgery (HARD STOP) Neuro / Craniotomy (HARD STOP) General, Ortho / Total Joints, ENT, Urology, GYN, Spine, Trauma, Bariatrics, Podiatry Preferred Skills : Vascular and Thoracic cases Charting System : Epic (preferred) Certifications Required : BLS Preferred : Teaching or Community Hospital experience Travel Experience : Not required ⚙️ Additional Details Call Required : Yes Scrubs : Provided Modules : Billable (4–6 hours for RNs; completed onsite) Radius Rule : Must live 100 miles from the facility to qualify.
