Rehab Program Manager

The rehab program manager is responsible for the 24 hour delivery of patient care through planning, leading, and organizing. This person supports the mission, vision, and philosophy of the organization and oversees the nursing and therapy staff. A bachelor''s degree in Nursing or a related health care field is required; a master''s degree in Nursing, Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy is preferred. Current licensure in the State of New Hampshire as a nurse, physical therapist, occupational therapist, or speech pathologist is required. Three years of clinical experience and one year of management experience is required.
