• 1.0 FTE = 4 shifts / week, 0.8 = 3 shifts / week, 0.6 = 2-3 shifts / week. Weekday shifts are 10-11 hours; weekend shifts are 7-8 hours.
• No call, limited holidays, generally every 3rd weekend.
• Calendar set 3-6 months in advance.
