Job Summary
Ski and ride, every day, while at work! The Competition Services team is responsible for the setup / tear down and maintenance of our racecourses, competition and event venues, and other mountain operation needs at both Attitash and Wildcat. This position operates as a part of a wider team and interfaces with many teams and groups across the mountain. A successful candidate must be willing and able to complete job duties in extreme winter weather conditions for extended periods.

Ensure safety is #1 priority for all competition services staffCoach, motivate, develop and retain all competition services staffOversee completion of performance management for all staffEnsure successful execution of all on-mountain events and competitions held at Attitash and WildcatResponsible for all financial aspects of the competition center, including revenue, labor, expensesOversee all event contracts and insurance as required for all eventsOversee maintenance of all on and off-hill facilities and equipment, including safety and timing equipmentAttend all Resort and Mountain meetings as requiredPartner and collaborate with all Attitash and Wildcat departments to ensure a consistent and high level experience for all employees and guestsOther duties as assignedJob Requirements
