LPN or RN – Nurse Van Monitor

Location : Harvard, MA

Schedule : Part-Time | Split Shift | 2025–2026 School Year

Pay Rate : $35 / hour

Connected Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Nurse Van Monitor for the 2025–2026 school year. This position involves providing medical supervision for a student during transportation between Harvard and Norwood, MA.

Position Details :

Ride with the student from Harvard to Norwood and back each school day

Split shift schedule : 7 : 45 AM – 10 : 30 AM and 2 : 30 PM – 4 : 45 PM

Significant mid-day break between shifts

Student experiences seizures and requires continuous medical monitoring during transit

MA LPN or RN license required

Responsibilities :

Provide medical supervision and intervention as needed during transport

Monitor the student's health status and respond appropriately in emergencies

Collaborate with school staff and parents regarding the student's needs

Requirements :

Current Massachusetts LPN or RN license

Experience with seizure management preferred

CPR and First Aid certification

Strong communication skills and attentiveness
