Job Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team for a 1-year contract. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring all project requirements are met while managing scope, quality, schedule, budget, resources, and risks. This role will focus on the Satellite Deployment Project and requires strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage and lead projects from initiation through delivery.
  • Establish and assemble project teams, coordinating activities effectively.
  • Develop detailed work plans, project estimates, status reports, and project tracking and analysis.
  • Perform economic and other analyses to achieve the best least cost solutions.
  • Manage and obtain customer concurrence through direct and indirect communication with customers and account teams.
  • Ensure critical milestones are met to provide the best customer experience.
  • Collaborate with diverse and strong cross-functional teams.
  • Handle purchase order submission, tracking, and receiving.
  • Manage supplier invoice processes.
  • Oversee revenue assurance, customer billing, and customer account setup in the billing system.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in project management, particularly in Satellite Deployment projects.
  • Strong skills in purchase order submission, tracking, and receiving.
  • Experience in supplier invoice management and revenue assurance.
  • Proficiency in customer billing and account setup processes.
  • Solid stakeholder and client management experience.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams.
  • US Citizen or Permanent Resident status required.

    • Pay Range : $50 - $65

    The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
