We’re hiring a Call Center Associate for our Houston TX client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB :

• Job Title : Call Center Associate
• Location : Northwest Houston, TX
• Pay : $19
• Hours : Day, Night and Weekend Shift hours, must have a flexible schedule.
• Duration : Temp to Hire
• Description of Duties : Assist customers with online equipment orders with the utmost care and empathy. Manage accounts, answer inbound calls, assist with other departments, service inquiries, and follow up on client requirements : Detail-oriented, excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills, ability to take orders over the phone and enter them into the database.
• Requirements : High School Diploma or Equivalent, type a minimum of 40 words per minute, MS Office, Teams, Outlook, and Outlook Calendar. Medical administrative or customer service background is a plus. No collections.
