This is a fully remote position.
Responsibilities :
- Analyze and interpret patient medical records to assign appropriate diagnosis (ICD-10) and procedure (CPT / HCPCS) codes.
- Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with CMS, HIPAA, and other regulatory standards.
