Role Overview

What You'll Do

  • Source and connect with top talent through phone outreach, job boards, and networking
  • Deliver a "better than the best" experience for both candidates and clients
  • Collaborate closely with your team to meet hiring goals and contribute to an amazing culture
  • Learn and use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Salesforce to track and manage relationships
  • Maintain strong attention to detail and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Go the extra mile — because your team and candidates deserve nothing less

What You Bring

  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for people
  • Comfortable being on the phone and engaging with diverse personalities
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong follow-up skills and an eye for detail
  • Prior recruiting experience is a plus, but not required
  • Team player who brings enthusiasm and positivity, day in and day out
