The Role : Accounts Receivable Specialist

Manage invoice reconciliation and maintain accurate records of incoming payments, ensure timely collection of outstanding accounts, and support the organization’s financial health through diligent, customer-focused, and detail-oriented accounts receivable practices

Key Responsibilities

Cash Application – Accurately and promptly apply incoming payments to customer accounts

Invoicing – Ensure timely and accurate billing to customers

Past Due Collections – Reduce aging and improve cash flow through proactive outreach

Customer Communication – Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve payment issues and strengthen relationships

Data Entry & Account Accuracy – Maintain customer records, reduce errors, and ensure billing accuracy

Dispute Resolution – Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and validate service delivery

Team Collaboration – Partner with internal teams to resolve cross-functional issues efficiently

We’re Looking For

1–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Collections

1–3 years of experience with Cash Applications and Billing

Associate's degree preferred

Strong Excel skills and basic accounting knowledge

Experience with NetSuite is a plus

Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence (EQ)

Ability to stay organized, handle pressure, and manage multiple priorities
