Experienced Automotive Diesel Technicians

The Bale Automotive group is seeking experienced Automotive Diesel Technicians to join our busy service repair center. As a member of our team, you will diagnose and fix vehicles, and become an important part of our history providing safe and reliable transportation to our customers.

• ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory standards
• Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair as authorized.
• Communicate with the Parts Department to obtain needed parts.
• Communicate needed repairs to Service Advisors to obtain approvals
• Participate in and complete training as assigned by the manufacturer and management
• Road-test vehicles to ensure the repair has addressed the customer complaint
• Administer safety and housekeeping policies and procedures, keeping spills cleaned up as they happen.
• EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
• High School Diploma or GED
• 3-5 years as an Automotive Technician in a dealership facility is preferred
• ASE certifications and advanced training is highly desired
• Valid Driver’s License required
