Insight Global is partnering with a leading mortgage lender, providing home loan products and servicing solutions nationwide.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Mortgage Customer Experience Representative to join Insight global Client Consumer Direct Lending team. This onsite role operates in a fast-paced call center environment, guiding customers through the initial stages of the loan process after they’ve spoken with a loan officer.
Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound calls and texts from customers.
- Perform data entry and validate loan information.
- Assist borrowers with required documentation and next steps.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely loan processing.
