Job descriptionExperience Required : Prior delivery and installation experience in furniture and / or appliances. Strong mechanical / assembly skills and the ability to troubleshoot basic installation issues. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift and move heavy items (75100 lbs.) safely with proper equipment. Professional, friendly, and customer-oriented demeanor. Team player with strong work ethic and reliability. Farm and Home Hardware is looking for a dependable, skilled, and customer-focused Appliance and Furniture Delivery Driver / Installer to join our Ashland team. If you enjoy working hands-on, take pride in excellent customer service, and have experience with home delivery and setup, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do
- Safely deliver appliances and furniture to customer homes and businesses.
- Install and set up appliances (washers, dryers, refrigerators, ranges, dishwashers, etc.).
- Assemble and place furniture with care and precision.
- Operate box trucks, lift gates, dollies, and other delivery equipment.
- Communicate clearly with customers and represent Farm and Home with professionalism.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of trucks and warehouse areas.
