Your Career
Director, Global Accounts Program — you will design, build, and execute the strategic framework for the Global Accounts Program. You will translate the program’s executive vision into concrete, scalable, and measurable elements and drive adoption and operational fidelity across the global organization. This role emphasizes infrastructure for success, strategic alignment, operational efficiency, and a consistent global experience for our most strategic clients. You will work cross-functionally to define, implement, and run rules of engagement, governance models, and reporting standards that support growth and deep customer adoption within the global account base.
Your Impact
Your primary responsibilities are to build, operationalize, and actively run the programmatic elements of the Global Accounts Program.
Program Operational Design & Execution : Lead the development, documentation, and active implementation of the Global Accounts Program operating model, governance structure, and core policies.
Program Rules of Engagement (ROE) : Establish, communicate, and enforce clear global ROE and escalation procedures for Global Account teams, regional sales, channel partners, and overlay organizations.
Account Selection & Quota Process : Manage the annual and quarterly operational processes for account nomination, selection, and quota setting, ensuring consistency and executive alignment.
Strategic Planning & Field Participation (NEW EMPHASIS) :
Planning Tools & Cadence : Develop, iterate on, and maintain standardized account planning materials used by Global Account teams.
Active Account Engagement : Participate in strategic account planning sessions to guide the program’s planning framework and enforce program rules.
Strategy Translation : Translate the Global Accounts Program strategy into actionable execution plans for the field, in collaboration with the RVP.
Manage periodic day-to-day account team issues and identify opportunities for process improvement, including problem resolution, escalation support, and trend-based program refinement.
Governance, Reporting & Analytics
Performance Management Infrastructure : Design and own the framework for tracking program activity, performance measurement, and effectiveness metrics.
Program Reporting : Create dashboards and insights focused on program execution, health, and alignment, with data-driven recommendations to the RVP and senior leadership.
QBR / Planning Facilitation : Structure and drive cadence for Quarterly Business Reviews and Global Account planning workshops.
Program Enablement & Benefits Delivery
Enablement Strategy : Partner with Sales Enablement and Training to plan and resource enablement initiatives that ensure global compliance with the new program model.
Process Adoption : Drive consistent adoption of program-related tools and standardized processes to engage with and support global clients.
Benefits Oversight : Implement and oversee delivery of defined program benefits, including deployment and adoption support.
Qualifications
Your Experience
Program Management Expertise : Direct, hands-on experience in designing and running complex, global sales or strategic accounts programs, including operating models, governance, and ROE.
Global account experience
Sales / Program Analytics : Ability to define and generate comprehensive reporting and data-driven analyses for program execution.
Field Engagement : Experience working with sales teams to support account planning and strategy implementation in a programmatic context.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Ability to build relationships and drive alignment across diverse global and internal teams (Sales, Finance, Legal, Enablement, etc.).
Strategic & Operational Balance : Experience operating at a strategic level while maintaining execution and operational rigor.
Industry Knowledge (Preferred) : Knowledge of the cybersecurity industry and large-scale deployments is a plus.
Travel : Willingness to travel globally as needed (estimated 30-40%).

Compensation Disclosure
Compensation depends on qualifications and location. For offers at the posted level, base salary range is estimated between $210,000 and $289,000, with potential RSUs and bonuses. A description of employee benefits is available.
