Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or professional certification preferred

Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation

Experience in project-based or program management environments is preferred
