Responsibilities :
- Associate investigator focusing on panel and wafer-level processing techniques, comfortable with exploring advanced / non-standard methods for unique applications
- hands-on in semiconductor fab, clean room for semiconductor material processing including lithography
- demonstrate introductory organic synthesis skills to support polymer and material development.
- Adept at hands-on lab work, creative thinking, problem solving in a unique and fast-paced laboratory environment
- Assume responsibility for execution of project workflows, such as laminations, coatings, lithography and cure techniques, as well as thermal and mechanical analysis.
- Support additional prototyping and optimization development initiatives relevant to strategic goals as they arrive.
- Create, maintain, and leverage close relationships with internal analytical collaborators to drive characterization and performance data collection and analysis.
- Clearly and concisely communicate research to team members of varying technical backgrounds
- Demonstrate ability to work well on cross-functional and global teams with personnel at multiple levels, including Asia-based customers and commercial points of contact.
- Maintain appropriate focus on personal and process safety, product integrity, and environmental stewardship
Qualification : Required
B.S. or Associate degree in a technical or scientific field with industrial lab experience with clean room + wafer level processing methods & tools.1-2 years hands-on industrial experience in semiconductor fab, clean room or similar environmentFamiliarity with material characterization, wafer-level metrology and / or thin film analysisExperience with thermal and mechanical analysis tools and techniquesWell-organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven team playerGood written and verbal communication skillsEnglish fluencyStrongly preferred
hands-on experience of lab and clean room processing of semiconductor formulations, including coating, lamination, Lithography, cure, metrology and analysis of wafer-level and panel-level material processingExpertise with a diverse range of analytical equipment and materials characterizationExperience in Inspection equipment (confocal microscopes, scanning electron microscopes)Curiosity and excitement to learn beyond assignments, excellent problem-solving skills in a team environmentHands on organic or polymer synthesis experience to support polymer and materials developmentExperience with applications testing for quality control and reliability testing for material process qualification and QC releaseHands-on experience in and enthusiasm for wafer-level or panel-level material formulation for the most demanding customers in the world.Company Description
