Building Engineer (Middletown)

A top real estate investment and management firm is seeking a skilled Building Engineer to oversee the maintenance and operations of three premier office buildings in Middletown, RI. In this role, youll take ownership of day-to-day building operationsincluding HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systemsensuring all equipment and systems perform at their best while delivering exceptional service to tenants.

What youll do :

• Operate, maintain, and repair building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical equipment
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly
• Respond to tenant service requests with professionalism and efficiency
• Oversee and coordinate vendor work to ensure quality and compliance
• Monitor and help manage building performance and energy usage
