Neurosurgeon Full-Time

Location : Michigan (650-bed hospital, Level II Trauma Center)

• Join an established and expanding neurosciences program at a major community hospital
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team : 3 neurosurgeons , 4 neurologists , neuroradiologists, and physiatrists
• Perform a wide range of cranial and spinal neurosurgical procedures
• Preference for candidates with neuroendovascular surgery training or experience
• High-acuity environment :
• Level II Trauma Center
• 100,000 ED visits annually
• 10-bed dedicated Neurotrauma Critical Care Unit
• Active Primary Stroke Center , working toward Comprehensive Stroke Center status
• Access to advanced neuroimaging, surgical navigation systems, and diagnostics
• Participate in stroke rehab services through Mary Free Bed joint venture (inpatient rehab + neuropsych consults)
• Optional participation in medical education, teaching, and mentorship
• Emphasis on collaborative, physician-led culture and innovation
