🏥 Position Title : Perioperative RN (Scrub / Circulate / Recovery)

Certification Preferred : CNOR

Vaccination Requirement : COVID-19 vaccination required

🧠 Position Summary :

The Perioperative RN is responsible for the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality, patient- and family-centered care throughout all phases of the perioperative process. This includes :

Scrubbing, circulating, and providing support in the recovery room (PACU) as needed

Collaborating and communicating effectively with all members of the perioperative team

Ensuring patient safety and maintaining clinical standards across all aspects of surgical care

Upholding strict confidentiality in alignment with HIPAA and hospital policy

Supporting the mission, vision, and values of the organization in daily practice

✅ Requirements :

Active RN license (state-specific or compact, as applicable)

CNOR certification preferred

BLS and ACLS (AHA) required

Prior experience in scrub and circulate roles required; PACU experience a plus

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
