Job Title : Licensed Vocational Nurse Reports To : Building Principal / Director of Special Education or Head Nurse Classification : Paraprofessional (Clerical / Teacher Assistant) Wage / Hour Status : Non-exempt Days : 195 Salary : See Compensation Plan for Paraprofessional / Administrative Support Staff, Pay Grade 208 Contract : None Date Revised : 11 / 15 / 2023 Primary Purpose : Responsible for the implementation of individual student health plans which is designed to serve the learner through the delivery of preventive care, provision of health education and the promotion of a healthful school environment. Qualifications / Skills : Education / Certification :

• Graduate of an accredited professional L.V.N. nursing education program.
• Hold or pursue certification on basic first aide and cardio pulmonary resuscitation.
