Job Description
The Remediation Specialist will be responsible for resolving issues related to mortgage loan defects. The role requires strong technical knowledge of investor and agency guidelines, income analysis and high-risk property appraisal reviews. The Remediation Specialist will be responsible to resolve loan deficiencies and offer tailored alternatives that meet regulatory compliance and mitigate exposure.

The salary range for this position is expected to be $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on geographic location, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
